Plasticville Station Complete, Lionel, Flyer, Marx + extras, Farmhouse for parts

Description

This auction is for a complete Plasticville Suburban Station.  The station is  O - S version so it can be used with Lionel,  American Flyer, Marx and Ives.  The station is complete and has no cracks or breaks but the signs are repo and need to be cut..  The station holds together well.  Included are the chimney,(a bit soiled), & 2 benches  Extra pieces are 2 crossing gates and 2 telephone poles with no damage.  The original box is included but it really only a tube,  The station has all 3 green inserts of doors and windows.
The farm house is for parts.  It is missing the weathervane on the air vent on the lower roof, The TV antenna, the garage door and one of the posts which hold up the patio roof.  The patio roof and base are both missing one of the pins which attach it to the house.  An extra patio floor is included but it is missing both pins.  Some of the parts show glue residue on the inner surfaces.  The chimney has both parts.  The air vent on the lower roof is glued together but not to the roof.  Aside from the garage door all the brown windows and doors are present, some have the stick on curtains present.  If you don't want them, they will easily peel off.
