LIONEL O GAUGE No.1655 Needs repair. Easy fix for any skilled modeler. We are the Providence Northern Model Railroad Club, located in the Old Warwick Grange, Warwick, Rhode Island. We are a 501C. We do not recommend serious collectors or rivet counters bid on the items for sale. We sell estate items for all people involved in this great hobby to use, enjoy, entertain themselves and yes play. Many items can be used for inexpensive kit bashing or practicing weathering techniques. The items are sold “AS IS!!!!”, kits APPEAR complete; many items we sell could easily be used on our club layout so you know the quality is pretty good. If you are a reseller buying lots please done not try to pimp us with minor complaints. We know that you by lots to sell on line or shows. Buy them and be happy with what you got from us, our prices are real deals. Shipping is only and estimate. We will combine shipping if possible. Standard shipping is estimate an is mostly based on priority shoe box at 2 pounds. We just do not have room for any of it on our 40’ X 60’ layout. We also at times may refund what we consider a fair amount of unused shipping and handling if we have way over estimated the cost. For some items that come in large or odd size boxes we use flat rate boxes. We charge what we feel is a fair price for shipping and handling and also to reduce the workload on our eBay seller. If you have an issue with our shipping prices please look to other venders and bid their items. It may take longer to ship then listed on e-bay due to the fact that there is only one volunteer doing all the work. If you have an issue with this please look to other venders and bid on there items. International shipping is through E-bay, no exceptions.
